Note: The IV curve plot feature is only applicable for the U2723A.

Use the IV Curve tab to generate an IV curve for each channel. This feature enables your test setup configuration to be automatically plotted in the current versus voltage mode or voltage versus current mode to be measured.

The following settings are available in this tab.

Channel and Measurement Selection

From the Settings pane, select the desired channel at the Channel tab.

Enable IV Curve - Select the checkbox to enable IV curve for the selected channel.

Measure - Select to measure either current or voltage.

Basic Settings

Voltage Range - Select the desired voltage range.

Voltage Limit - Enter the desired voltage limit value.

Current Range - Select the desired current range.

Current Limit - Enter the desired current limit value.

Stepping Mode Settings

If you select to measure current, BenchVue will allow you to enter the values for the Start, Step, and Stop voltage, as well as the number of Points.

If you select to measure voltage, BenchVue will allow you to enter the values for the Start, Step, and Stop current, as well as the number of Points.

The value that you enter for Step will automatically set the number of points and vice versa.

Global Source Delay - Enter the desired global delay time.
